Marthoma Cross or Persian Cross

This is a cross dug out by the Portuguese in the from Maylapore (Madras or Chennai) in 15th century. Such type of crosses are common in many ancient churches in Kerala. Until 21st century no body cared much about this. However in 21st century, the Syro-Malabar church of Kerala started to think about its history. Until 21st century Syro-Malabar church propagandists created history stating that from the apostolic times itself Kerala Church was under Roman Rule. How ever with the availability of Internet people started to know the reality.

Now a days they are keeping mum about the Brahman conversion to Christianity in the 1st century. All are nothing but creating history. Now a days, they are propagating another theory. They say that the early Jews in Kerala were converted to Christianity. And for converting Jews, St.Thomas came here. Tomorrow they will create another story.

These Persian crosses were installed by Persian Christians or Syrian Christians. The language used was Pahlavi.

In 21st century the Syro- Malabar historians was attracted to this church and they intentionally called it St.Thomas cross or Marthoma Sleeba. Poor common people, we have to believe !!!

This a clear cut example how history is created by the Syro-Malabar Roman Catholic Church historians of Kerala.
